GEORGE Williams' golden-point drop goal settled a crazy Super League game in favour of Warrington Wolves.
The half-back had earlier slotted a one-pointer with two minutes of normal time left, only for Tui Lolohea to reply in kind for the visitors to force the extra period.
Even before then, Williams thought he had won it when he nailed a drop goal in the final seconds, but referee Scott Mikalauskas ruled it out for blocking.
All of The Wire's tries came in the first half, with Matty Ashton, Matt Davis and Josh Charnley crossing.
Ken Sio had scored a double for the visitors before the break and Lolohea's try looked to have won it for the Red Devils with time running out.
However, Danny Addy was then sin-binned for a high shot on Ellis Longstaff, allowing Gareth Widdop to tie the scores with a penalty and set up the chaotic finish.
