Presentations were made on the pitch to those moving on, with director Mike Lomax and club legend 'Super' Bennie Westwood on hand to present the mementos.
Perhaps the most emotional farewell was to assistant coach Lee Briers, who is moving on after a stellar 25-year spell with The Wire as both player and coach.
Briers was visibly moved when making his speech to supporters, many of whom had stayed behind to pay their own tributes, as he prepares to move on from the club he has been at since 1997.

He was honoured alongside the likes of Greg Inglis, Blake Austin, Sitaleki Akauola and Tom Lineham as well as assistant coach Andrew Henderson.
Lineham even brought Warrington legend Phil "Chaddy" Chadwick onto the field with him.
