Q: I would like to sign up to Home Delivery what do I need to do?

A: Just fill in the form here and if we cover your area we will get you started as soon as possible and send you confirmation details of your order.



Q: What are the benefits of Home Delivery?

A: When you sign up to our home delivery service you will receive a confirmation letter outlining details of your order and contact information. There will be no charge to have the paper delivered – you only pay for the newspapers.



Q: What time can I expect my delivery

A: We aim to delivery your paper by 8.00am every day. (Please note that in order to comply with child employment legislation, during school holidays children are only permitted to deliver the paper until 12 noon).



Q: How do I pay?

A: You can pay by direct debit, or you can prepay. Full details are available here.



Q: What do I do if I need to stop my papers at any time?

A: Simply fill in the form here and we’ll stop the papers for you. Alternatively ring us on 0800 7814754 with your holiday dates and we can stop your papers whilst you are away (Two days notice required).



Q: What should I do if I miss a delivery?

A: If for some reason your paper is not delivered please report this to us by either filling in the form here or calling us on 0800 7814754. We will make sure your account is credited and take the appropriate steps to make sure it doesn’t happen again.
