A BIKER gang member who attacked a chapter president with a meat cleaver, a convicted murderer and a knicker thief were among the Warrington criminals brought to justice in November.

Other defendants appearing during November included a dangerous driver who caused the death of his passenger, an 'evil' rapist who repeatedly targeted his young victim and a dad who climbed to the roof of a pub and staged a two-hour standoff with police.
