Welcome to 2012 hopeful Holly Lam-Moores' blog.
Holly is one of the stars of the GB women’s handball team and was named BOA athlete of the year for 2010.
Based in Crystal Palace with the rest of the GB team, Holly and her teammates have achieved excellent results in the last year, including beating one of the world's top nations Angola in the test event in November.

New Beginnings

Previous to Great Britain’s encounter with Slovenia, I headed to Denmark for three weeks at the beginning of June and I began training with my new club, First Division team AGF in Aarhus.
