The Lord Rodney, on Winwick Road, is being advertised for sale with property agents Fleurets for £700k plus VAT.
Being the closest pub to the Halliwell Jones Stadium, the pub is a regular match day haunt for Warrington Wolves fans.
And listing details state that the watering hole boasts weekly sales of around £10,000.
