A BUILDING currently home to Costa Coffee is looking for new occupiers in a rare opportunity.

It comes after the chain confirmed it will be closing its store in Stockton Heath earlier this week.

Costa Coffee has been based on London Road for more than a decade.

Ahead of its closure, which will be on April 11, new occupiers are being sought, with a new long term lease available direct from the landlord.

The property has been listed to let on Zoopla.

It is described as a fantastic double unit that will be perfect for other coffee shops, restaurants, and retail uses.

The ground floor is open plan with glazed frontage and an entrance door.

There are also WC facilities included and stores to part of the first floor.

A spokesperson for estate agents Morgan Williams said: “Units in this prime pitch are rarely available let alone double units, which are extremely scarce.

“We expect demand to be high for this property.”

It is listed at £48,000 per annum.
