Senior business agent Tom O’Malley said: "The current owners have worked hard to establish a strong reputation for the Villaggio Hotel during their tenure.

"As a result, they enjoy a profitable business that is an integral part of the community within Warrington.

"Potential purchasers could look to capitalise upon the business’ extensive function space as the two separate rooms can effectively cater for weddings, birthdays and a whole host of special occasions.

"By developing this aspect of the business further there is scope to drive revenue and profitability."

Mustafa Turkoza added: “We thoroughly enjoyed thoroughly enjoyed running the Villaggio Hotel, and look forward to working with Christie and Co to find new owners for the business."
