IN recent months, the Warrington Guardian has featured a lot of articles on Warrington town centre, past and present.
Let me tell you, there is no town centre anymore.
The town centre has moved three miles down the A49 to Junction Nine Retail Park.
What is the reason why?
Because Warrington Borough Council wants to make the existing town centre into one big housing area.
