I WAS driving down Liverpool Road heading towards St Helens last Tuesday, June 12, just after midday when I came through the lights opposite the Trigger Pond and my wheel unbolted and came off.
Two lovely gentlemen stopped to see if I was ok and stayed with me until a family member came, despite having places to be.
Thinking about it now and how lucky I have been, I was in shock and never asked for their names.
I would just like to thank them as I am very grateful for their kind nature.
This has restored my faith in society and made me realise there are some good people out there.
Thank you so much.
