AS ever, it seems Sky has a lot to answer for.
Not happy with forcing every team to play home games on a Friday, now they ask a team and its fans to travel over the Pennines in the middle of the worst winter in memory to play at Hull.
The M62 was shut and indeed Warrington Wolves cancelled their own coaches because there was no way of getting there, but as the game was on Sky it had to go ahead.
Even the players had to go on a train. What sort of preparation is that for a game?
Rugby league sold its soul when it agreed the Sky deal.
There has been a lot of good but a lot of bad too. Shame on Sky.
It was unacceptable to ask fans to travel on Friday night in that weather yet it happened.
I am just glad all the heroic supporters who did get there made it back home safely.
