Pave the way
IT seems the council is spending thousands on repairing perfectly good pavements around the Wolves stadium and dropping kerbs along Marina Avenue, Great Sankey, at junctions with other roads.
I was informed that it is a legal requirement to aid partially sighted and blind people.
What I thought was that they also had to insert studded paving at these junctions not just refill.
Obviously that tarmac is left over from not filling in potholes in the road system.
