Poor support
MY wife and I attended the Festival of Remembrance 2017 evening at the Parr Hall on Saturday featuring the Warrington Male Voice Choir and the combined bands of the Lancashire Artillery and the Duke of Lancaster’s Regiment.
This was the second such service that we attended having being at the 2016 service. However what upset me most was the lack of support from the people of Warrington as this year’s support was not as good.
The whole evening was a joy to be part of and my wife and I would like through your pages to offer our sincere thanks to all involved for a very enjoyable evening, even though the Parr Hall was only half full.
