INSTEAD of crying about the tolls on the bridges in Runcorn and Widnes, why don’t we use people power?
If everybody refuses to use the bridges, the lack of toll revenue and the ensuing chaos and gridlock in Warrington will force the powersthat- be to reconsider the ill conceived decision.
