THERE was an article entitled broadband help in the Warrington Guardian (April 13).
It was talking about residents in Warrington North being entitled to compensation due to poor broadband speed.
It also said Helen Jones has been pushing for an automatic compensation scheme for customers to be refunded.
I was wondering if anything further has happened with regard to this.
As a resident of Warrington North, I agree my broadband is atrocious.
