CAN I just make the shoppers around the Forge in Stockton Heath aware of something I witnessed.

A man harassing the elderly outside Marks and Spencer for money.

I watched him for about 10 minutes and then I alerted a member of staff who was fantastic and caught him taking money from an elderly lady.

This unscrupulous man was following another gentleman who was clearly shaken and was heard saying please leave me alone, I’m not giving you money.

Please be aware of this going on around Stockton Heath.
