When will someone sort town traffic?
I HAVE lived at my present address for 29 years and seen a dramatic change in the area mainly due to the council insisting on more and more retail and trade outlets in this part of the town.
Why is it then that the issue of traffic has been swept under the carpet?
Day after day we encounter huge traffic jams and congestion on Winwick Road. When is someone in the highways department going to realise that the traffic island between Winwick Road and Cromwell Avenue is an absolute joke?
It causes huge hold-ups because of the way it has been designed.
