I WOULD desperately like to thank the woman who assisted my son at 8.05am on October 20.
My 13-year-old was riding his bike to school down Blackbrook Avenue when he somehow came off.
He was in shock, scared and had vomited.
Although lots of drivers had passed, even though they witnessed his distress, one lovely lady got out of her car to see if he was ok.
She used his phone to let me know what had happened and then waited with him until I got there. This lady was worried about my son but also the fact that other drivers were giving her dirty looks for causing a traffic build up.
She was also concerned that passing drivers would think she had knocked him off his bike with her car.
If you are reading this then thank you so much for what you did, I took my son to A&E and he is fine after a day of rest.
Thank you for putting my son before your getting to work on time.
We really appreciate it.
