I AM writing to complain about the treatment my friend received after he travelled to my house on July 15.

He was collected as usual by Harry’s Taxis at 1.30pm from the Three Elms Nursing Home.

I received a text to say he was on his way.

When he did not arrive at the usual time I rang the company who informed me he had been taken back to the Three Elms and that he had been charged.

I then asked for the driver’s badge number but was refused.

I then asked for the manager to call me but to date I have had no reply.
