A EDWARDS’ response to my letter in the previous week’s Warrington Guardian (August 6) highlights the lows this person will stoop to in order to muddy the waters in defence of his/her beloved Conservative Party who are behaving more and more like a bunch of cheap crooks every day.

A Edwards wrote: ‘However I have not and never have, as you say and imply, criticised NHS staff ’.

What I actually said was: ‘Can I state, for the third time, that nobody is criticising front line staff for what is happening to the NHS.

And yes I have noticed we are living in a democracy but only until the Cons abolish the Human Rights Act and yes I believe you are entitled to express your views but not twist people’s words and accuse them of meaning the opposite.

A Edwards does not like to see Labour MPs using the NHS to score ‘political points’ but has no problem accepting Conservative MPs selling off the NHS and lining theirs and their ‘mates’ pockets in the process.

It’s a funny old world.
