ON Friday May 22, I was unfortunate enough to be admitted to Warrington Hospital.

With your help, I would like to pass on my sincere thanks to all involved in my care.

From the paramedics who came to my home, the doctors and nurses at admission in A&E and to all staff on wards A1, A3 & A8.

They have all been very caring and compassionate.

I was always informed of my progress and I felt myself to be in safe and very caring hands, they all make the NHS something to be proud of.

After eight weeks in hospital I have been transferred to Padgate House.

Again I want to pass on my thanks to all the staff who work there, they are professional, kind and have a very caring attitude .

The quality of care I am receiving is second to none and cannot be faulted.

With the support, assistance and dedication from Warrington Hospital and Padgate House I am on the road to recovery and for this it is greatly appreciated.
