IN reply to Hazel Pallot’s letter (Guardian, July 23) regarding fines or penalties at Warrington Hospital.
Under the 1680 Bill of Rights: Fines, forfeits and seizure of goods is illegal until you have been tried in a court of law by your peers. This law still stands today.
