GEORGE Osborne has started to make a difference.
He could help the public by having a go at public transport.
A short while ago when fuel jumped to a high price, all the bus companies jumped their price up too, calling it a fuel tax.
Now that prices are low, I have not seen any reduction in bus fares, nor have coach holidays come down. Why not?
Do not forget all these transport firms already buy their fuel at a discounted price, because they buy in bulk.
