Hospital parking charge 'beggars belief'
IT beggars belief that Warrington Hospital are to charge for disabled parking, as reported in the Warrington Guardian.
Considering they are the best people to understand the difficulties that the disabled have to contend with and probably have to attend the hospital more often than most, I cannot believe that this is happening.
As a former nurse at the hospital I also cannot believe that nurses are considering strike action. I appreciate wages are low, everyone is feeling the pinch, but so are the disabled.
What on earth is happening to the caring side of this profession?
