LAST week I was admitted to the coronary care unit at Warrington Hospital with palpitations.
I was dealt with on arrival and had my condition assessed very quickly. I was given medication and my heart rate returned to normal within a couple of hours.
I stayed in the unit for around 36 hours and the treatment I received during that time and after my discharge was exceptional.
Every member of staff treated me with the greatest care. They answered all my questions and calmed my nerves during a difficult time.
I know the NHS sometimes gets a bad press but I was treated wonderfully and I wish to express my gratitude to all of the staff who cared for me.
Merry Christmas to them all.
