IT is a Warrington Wolves clean sweep in this week’s Man of Steel points following their win at Leeds Rhinos on Friday.
However, the attending voting panel member has gone against Sky Sports’ selection for the game’s stand-out player.
Ben Currie was named as Sky’s player of the match for another excellent display at loose forward in The Wire’s 34-8 win at Headingley, which included an eye-catching assist for Joe Bullock’s first-half try.
His performance has earned him one Man of Steel point, with the panel member selecting his teammate James Harrison as his stand-out player to earn him the maximum three points.
The remaining two points went to George Williams, who made it three consecutive try-scoring appearances with a first-half touchdown.
