AS you’d expect, it’s a Warrington Wolves clean sweep in this week’s Steve Prescott MBE Man of Steel points.

Two Wire players receive their first points of the campaign, while Matt Dufty moves into standalone second place in the overall leaderboard.

The attending voting panel member has awarded three points as player of the match to Warrington skipper Stefan Ratchford, who broke the Super League record for consecutive successful kicks at goal with his 41st in a row during the 58-4 win over London Broncos.

Indeed, he tied the world record – held jointly by Rhyse Martin, Liam Finn and Jamie Ellis – and while he missed a kick to take that for himself, a personal haul of 22 points encompassing nine goals and a try capped a stellar display from the veteran.

Dufty scored points for the fourth week in a row – his hat-trick of tries and passing the 200m gained mark for the third consecutive game scored him two points to take him to eight overall, four behind the current lead held by Salford Red Devils scrum-half Marc Sneyd.

The remaining point on offer went to Josh Thewlis, who also crossed for a treble in The Wire’s 10-try rout in the capital.
