Warrington Guardian website:

Realistic southstander: Good speedy play in the first half but fell off after that. Still a little concerned about the fluidity of attack down the right. Too many plays breaking down easily. Needs sorting ASAP.

Warrington Wolves – Warrington Guardian Facebook page:

Ste Cameron: Defence has won us most games this year but it seems to be more dominant these last 4weeks great to see.

Post-match press conference:

Tony Smith: “I thought Matty Russell was out of this world, closely followed by Stefan Ratchford.

"Morgan came up with a few really good plays, he looked comfortable and at home. He's enjoying the chances that he's getting.

“We looked a little bit ragged in the second half, some of our execution wasn't great but our defence all the way through was great.”

Denis Betts: “It wasn't a bad start but it was poor execution, we could have had 10 points before they had an opportunity.

"They got us going backwards and it was hard to stop them. Ratchford, Russell and Hill just hurt us around the ruck.

“The second half wasn't brilliant but they were just too good for us in that period in the first half.”
