RESULTS in the past two weeks have shown just how much of a threat Castleford Tigers can pose on their day.
Despite their chances of a top-four finish being remote at best, Daryl Powell’s side have already had a big say in the race for honours above them.
After kicking off their Super 8s campaign with an impressive win at league leaders Hull FC, they followed that up by sweeping aside Wigan at The Jungle last week in a trademark display of swashbuckling attack.
The threats are obvious, ball-playing forwards and a left edge every team in Super League covets enviously, but still no-one can seem to find a way to stop “Classy Cas” from scoring points at will.
In Kiwi flyer Denny Solomona, they have Super League’s top try scorer who is showing no sign of settling for the 31 scores he has already.
Luke Gale and Luke Dorn provide the creative nucleus, while the likes of Grant Millington and Junior Moors are also a huge danger in the pack.
