TWO players have been charged with offences committed in First Utility Super League Round 19 fixtures.

Marc Sneyd of Hull FC has been charged with making Grade D dangerous contact with Leeds Rhinos player Danny McGuire in the 71st minute of the match played on Sunday June 21.

Brett Ferres of Huddersfield Giants has been charged with Grade C punching on Widnes Vikings player Rhys Hanbury in the 12th minute of the match played on Sunday June 21.

Ferres has until 11.00am on Tuesday June 23 to submit an Early Guilty Plea. Sneyd does not have the option of submitting an EGP and will appear before an independent disciplinary tribunal on Tuesday evening.

Both players were charged after the incidents were viewed by the RFL Match Review Panel which also issued a formal caution to Declan Patton of Warrington Wolves for kicking out in a 78th-minute tackle in the match v Hull KR played on Friday June 19.
