WIRE fans turned off by the team's performance at the Trailfinders Sports Club turned their attentions to befriending a London Broncos ball boy instead.
The teenager must have been shocked to hear Warrington Wolves fans gathered behind the posts randomly singing songs about him.
"You are my ball boy, my lovely ball boy, you make me happy when skies are grey," they blarted as the youngster leant against the perimeter fencing while keeping an eye on open play.
I was there it was so funny he didnt know what to do with himself at first but he was a good sport and went along with it

The singing only stopped for cheers when four Wire tries in 11 minutes were scored at the start of the second half, only to start again straight away.
Fans approached him, coaxed his name off him, persuaded him to put on a Wire shirt and then chants of 'Matthew is a Wire, Matthew is a Wire' rang out.
No doubt embarrassed by all the unexpected attention, but it is a game he will probably never forget!
