WARRINGTON Athletics Club’s Olivia Crawford has shown her injury problems are now very much behind her.

Competing in the under 15s age group at Trafford AC’s medal meeting on Easter Monday, her 75m hurdles race was her first outdoor run of the season.

It certainly didn’t show as she won the race in a time of 11.49secs – an English Schools qualifying time.

Later, she finished fourth in the 100m, stopping the clock at 13.72secs.

In the same age group, Joshua Pryor placed fifth over 800m in 2mins 30.49secs while Oliver Davenport recorded a new personal best of 4mins 41.85secs in the 1,500m as he finished sixth.

Under 20s runner Lisa Halliday came away from the meet with new personal bests in the 100m (13.75secs) and 200m (27.61secs) as she finished seventh and second respectively.

Tristan Tickle finished second in his under 11s 600m race in 1min 54.90secs while Ellie Barker was fourth in the under 17s 300m in 43.14secs.

Louis Green was the club’s only representative in the field events, finishing third in the under 13s boys high jump with a leap of 1.25m.
