HOOK and Jab Boxing Club’s Elise Glynn won the English 54kg title at the weekend.
Glynn, a British title winner a week earlier, defeated the experienced Danielle Marshall from Hartlepool Catholic in a unanimous decision at Greenbank Liverpool.
Her coach Amanda Groarke said: “Elise boxed outstandingly.
“She was very relaxed, catching her opponent with flurries of three and four-punch combinations and displaying absolute class.”
Glynn and clubmate Olivia Hussey have been representing England against Ireland in an international fight fest at Eagle Sports and Social Club this week.
