THREE synchronised skaters from Warrington have won medals at the Trophy D’Ecosse ISU international competition held in Dumfries.
Birchwood High pupil Emily Severs, aged 12, skated with the Whizz Kids who took gold in the juvenile category. They were also awarded the Most Entertaining Programme of the Day trophy for the third year running.
Priestley College students Katie Cliff and Gina Rimmer, both 17 and members of the Silverblades, scooped silver in the mixed age category.
Both teams practice at Altrincham Silverblades ice rink.
