WARRINGTON Town have parted company with managerial duo Stuart Mellish and Lee Smith by mutual consent.
The pair move on despite the Yellows sitting sixth in the Evo-Stik Premier Division table, five points behind leaders Buxton.
Mellish and Smith took over in February after the departure of Shaun Reid and steered the team to the Evo-Stik First Division North title last season.
Their final game in charge was Saturday’s 2-1 defeat to Workington at Cantilever Park, their seventh loss of the season.
Town travel to Rushall Olympic on Tuesday under caretaker management as the club begin the search for a replacement.
