RYLANDS’ home form continues to be an issue in the Cheshire Premier Division as they were beaten 3-1 by Malpas at Gorsey Lane on Saturday.

Darren Davies’ side, who have won just twice at home in the league this season, were already 3-0 down by the time Jordan Rigby was dismissed in the dying moments, meaning Michael Sullivan’s goal was merely a consolation.

Greenalls PSO were beaten 2-1 at high-flying Knutsford, while Eagle Sports’ game at Denton Town was postponed.

This means Eagle have not played a league game since November 5.

Warrington Town’s reserves remain top of League One after they bounced back from last week’s defeat to Billinge with a 4-3 win at Lostock Gralam.

Brad Smart struck twice for Steve Hayes’ side, with Joe Coombs and substitute Luke Pritchard also hitting the net.

Meanwhile, League One’s Warrington ‘derby’ saw Daten take the spoils with a 4-0 victory at bottom side Grappenhall Sports, who have now conceded 17 goals in their last three games.

Ross Dryden, Kyle Gallagher, Ian Morris and Paul Kellett were on target for the visitors, who were 3-0 up at half-time.

In League Two, Orford drew 1-1 with Cuddington and Moore United were on the end of a 5-1 home defeat to Ford Motors.
