TWO Warrington Rowing Club crews won their categories in the Liverpool Victoria Head of the Float event on Saturday.
Paul Lawton, Al Saxby, Thomas Glover and Thomas Nixon, coxed by Megan Dunbavand, steered Warrington to success in the 15-year-olds’ coxed quad race.
Lucy Shard, Louise Bailey, Kate Furnell and Caitlin Anderson were first home in the women’s novice quad competition.
The club are now taking a break from competitive action until February.
