Bishop to name six new boats at Warrington Rowing Club

WARRINGTON Rowing Club have six new boats as part of a scheme to encourage adults into the sport as a recreation.

The Bishop of Warrington, the Right Reverend Richard Blackburn, will be ceremoniously naming the boats when the club stages its annual Head of the Mersey event at their Kingsway Bridge headquarters on Saturday.
