FRIDAY’S Super 8s clash between Warrington Wolves and Catalans Dragons will be “very different” to the one that awaits both sides in the Challenge Cup Final.

That is the view of Wire full-back Stefan Ratchford, who looks set to play in his third Wembley final for the club on August 25.

Before then, there is league business to take care of and the England international expressed the importance of keeping their eye on the ball.

“We have to get our heads back on it. We have no choice,” he said.

“We have to pick up some wins to guarantee ourselves a top-four spot. We want to be there come semi-final time.

“There’s four points up for grabs in the next couple of weeks, so we can’t switch off and think about Wembley just yet.

“We’ve got Catalans twice in three weeks now. The league game will have a different feel to the final obviously.

“Whichever way the result goes on Friday, I’m sure the game at Wembley will be very different.”

Wolves fans have already been snapping up tickets since they went on sale to members immediately after Sunday’s 48-12 semi-final win over Leeds Rhinos.

Ratchford says he expects Wembley to be a sea of primrose and blue when they walk out there for the fifth time in a decade.

“It’s always a great time of year, but you can’t really describe the feeling of getting back to Wembley,”

“We started quite well and we were getting a few repeat sets, but we lapsed in concentration when Ryan Hall went and scored.

“It was just one of those days when we were hot in the way we played.

“The fans showed no matter where we go, they support us tremendously.

“They are terrific, they always have been and I expect to see a lot of primrose and blue at Wembley.”
