Warriors of Warrington swimmers who helped Liverpool and District win the Inter-Association gala
SWIMMERS from the Warriors of Warrington club have been performing well against the rest of the region.
They helped the Liverpool and District team to win the Inter-Association Gala in Blackpool on Sunday.
Overall, 16 of the club’s swimmers were selected to take on rivals from Greater Manchester, North Lancs and Cumbria and they helped their team to a total of 1,558 points.
They were well clear of Greater Manchester in second, with North Lancs and Cumbria coming third and fourth respectively.
Meanwhile, Warriors of Warrington are getting ready to host their fourth Internal Badge of the year.
The gala takes place on Saturday at Orford Hub and gets underway at 5pm.
