WARRINGTON Wolves head coach Steve Price has provided an update on injuries leading in to the clash with Salford Red Devils in Betfred Super League on Friday.
Harvey Livett and Ryan Atkins have both been sidelined.
Back-rower Livett is expected to miss a "couple of weeks" with a posterior cruciate ligament strain, while centre Atkins needs a bicep operation and is out "longer term".
"Harvey has a slight strain in his PCL. He’ll miss a couple of weeks," Price said.
"He’s walking around freely, so I can’t see it being a big issue.
"Ryan Atkins has an injury in his bicep. He’ll go in for an operation very shortly.
"Once that’s done, we’ll determine the length of his lay-off.
"He’s a bit more longer term, but we’re confident he’ll be back to finish the season strongly."
Price also confirmed Chris Hill and Stefan Ratchford have returned from international duty injury-free but a decision on their participation in Friday's game will be made after captain's run on Thursday.
