RYAN Bailey has signed for Warrington Wolves and says his chequered past is behind him.

The 31-year-old former Leeds Rhinos prop has signed a one-year deal, becoming the club's ninth new signing for 2016.

He won the Grand Final six times, the World Club Challenge three times, the Challenge Cup once as well as gaining England and Great Britain caps from 2002 to 2014 with his hometown club Leeds, where for four years he was coached by current Wolves boss Tony Smith.

Now he is just looking forward to getting stuck in to pre-season training.

He said: "I am really excited by my move to the Warrington Wolves, working under Tony again and with the strong exciting squad he is building for 2016 is something I am particularly looking forward to.

"It is no secret that in the past I have had some issues, all that is now behind me. I had some of my best times under Tony at the Rhinos. I can’t wait to meet up with the boys, knuckle down and get stuck in to pre-season."
