FOUR members of Warrington Gymnastics Club won gold medals in a novice competition staged in Hartford at the weekend.

More than 20 Warrington gymnasts took part in the event and Kia Simpson took gold on the floor and bronze on the vault in the under eights section, with Helen Owen winning the vault.

Hannah Kelly won the vault and took silver on the floor in the under sixes category in her first competition, with Rhianna Baker winning the floor event.

Honey Farrow bagged silver on the vault and bronze on the floor, while Milly Davies was third on the vault with Jess Adamson also performing well and earning a medal on the floor.

Lauren Parpey earned the silver medal on both the vault and the floor in the under eights section, while Isabell Worthington finished third on the floor.

Leson Bent, Lianne Woodhouse and Jessica Hilton also competed well at the event, while Talicia Marsh received a medal of commendation for her performance.

Mica Stockton took the bronze medal on the floor in the under 12s section, with Lindsey Campbell and Catherine Owen took bronze on the vault.
