Jeff Highton scored twice for Elephant but his team lost 5-2 against Brooklands.
Goals from Rob Hanley, Anthony James, Paul Dobson and Andrew Maher ensured a 4-2 victory for Cheshire Hawthorne against Vulcan in the Premier Division, while Crossbar proved too good for Sandymoor and won 5-1 in Division Three with goals from John Howton, John Rathbone, John Whitmore, Al McGuire and Paul Holt.
Earlestown had a 4-2 victory over Knights, with Norman Kean and Graig Fairhurst both scoring twice.
Grappenhall lost 3-2 to Whitecross Warriors in Division Four after goals from Colin Alexandria and Tony Berryman.
