A PLANNING application has been submitted to make changes to a beauty salon and estate agent on Myddleton Lane, Winwick.
The proposal is to rent out the areas currently used by the existing estate agent, Ashtons, to Pampa beauty parlour, including the front upstairs room, and to re-position Ashtons to the right of Pampa, into the new extension space.
The new building will have disabled toilet facilities and kitchens for both shops. Ashtons does not currently have a kitchen.
Access to the shops is by foot or by parking opposite, on Winwick Road, where there are a number of public parking spaces.
Both businesses currently operate from Monday through to Saturday, the salon from 9am to 8pm during the week and from 9am to 2pm on Saturday and the estate agent from 9am to 5.30pm, Monday to Friday, and from 9am to 4pm on Saturday.
