THE work of police in tackling crime in Poulton and Fearnhead has been praised by the parish council.
Figures showed crime had gone down in the area last month.
Clr Ian Johnson, chairman of Poulton with Fearnhead Parish Council, said: “While crime has a very serious impact on individuals and businesses, and both the police and the parish council will not become complacent, it is great to hear that figures are encouraging at present.”
