HELP is needed ahead of the creation of a village festival with a difference.
Plans have been made to start a charity jigsaw festival in Culcheth next August but lots of puzzles will be needed to make it a success.
The idea is that people complete a jigsaw puzzle and donate it to the festival, where it will then be displayed and sold.
The jigsaw puzzles should be completed on a board with a sheet of paper underneath to make storage easy.
Anyone who doesn’t have a board or jigsaw puzzle but wants to help should contact one of the team organising the festival and these can be provided.
The proceeds from the festival will be split between St Rocco’s Hospice, Breast Cancer Research and Newchurch Parish Church.
The festival will be held at Newchurch Church Hall on Common Lane.
To provide jigsaws or offer help, call Irene Johnson on 733748, Irene Bromilow on 763126 or Sue Kadodwala on 765652.
