Warrington art on show at Tatton Park

THERE is still time to see work by Warrington’s very own artists on display at Tatton Park.
The Warrington Art Group is holding its annual Trophy Exhibition at the venue for the ninth time.
Exhibiting artists will compete for the Jean Wild Cup for best overall entry and the Edwin Allen Cup for the best interpretation of the special subject ‘Memories and Reflections.’ The Studio Art Gallery in Appleton is again sponsoring this year’s people’s choice competition, which is decided by the votes of visitors throughout the exhibition.
Visitors to the exhibition, in the Knutsford Room in the Stableyard, will have the opportunity to buy the art on show.
The exhibition runs until September 9 from 10am until 4.45pm and is closed to the public on Monday.
