“I GET here at 11am and ensure all the tickets are available, oversee the shop and ticket office and help with any problem-solving like people turning up without tickets.
“It has been a very good time to be at the club after getting to Wembley twice and being at the top of the league.
“Season tickets have gone up by 3,000 in two years.
“These are exciting times for the fans and everybody just wants to be here.
“It’s nice to be busy all the time and see enthusiastic, happy customers. The first semi final was a highlight when we beat Wigan.
“It was fantastic but we were all wondering ‘what do we do?’ because we never thought we would get there.
“It will be something new planning tickets for the Grand Final over such a short period of time.
“We sold 10,000 tickets to Wembley on the first day of sale so I’m guessing Old Trafford wouldn’t be far off that.”
