A HEALTHCARE property investor and developer has been recognised at the Health Investor Awards.
Assura Group Ltd, based in Daresbury, won the title property investor of the year for the second consecutive year.
The company won the award at London’s Grosvenor Hotel after beating stiff competition.
It recognises the ongoing commitment and considerable investment in high quality and innovative healthcare properties.
Andrew Darke, managing director of Assura Property said: “The award is a great acknowledgment to Assura’s investment strategy.”
A panel of 12 independent industry experts judged the 21 award categories.
